Clerimis Limited

These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which Clerimis Limited provides medical aesthetic consultations, treatments and products. By booking an appointment or receiving services from Clerimis Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Appointments & Consultations

1.1 All treatments are subject to an in-person consultation and suitability assessment.

1.2 Clerimis Limited reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if, in the practitioner’s clinical judgement, treatment is not suitable or in the patient’s best interests.

1.3 Consultations are currently offered free of charge unless otherwise stated.

1.4 No treatment will be carried out without informed consent.

2. Deposits & Booking

2.1 A deposit of £50 is required to secure treatment appointments.

2.2 Deposits may be redeemed against treatment or products on the day of appointment or held on account for future appointments.

2.3 Deposits are non-transferable.

2.4 Deposits represent a genuine pre-estimate of administrative loss incurred when appointments are cancelled late or not attended.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1 At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

3.2 Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit or forfeiture of the session from a prepaid course.

3.3 If you test positive for COVID-19 on the day of your appointment, we will rebook your appointment free of charge within 4 weeks, subject to availability.

3.4 Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or inability to carry out treatment. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be treated as non-attendance.

4. Payments

4.1 Full payment is due on the day of treatment.

4.2 Clerimis Limited accepts cash and major debit and credit cards, including American Express.

4.3 Monthly payment plans may be offered via third-party providers such as GoCardless. Separate terms apply.

5. Prices

5.1 Prices are subject to change without notice.

5.2 Prices listed are guide prices and may vary depending on individual treatment plans.

6. Courses of Treatment

6.1 Courses must be paid in full in advance.

6.2 Courses must be used within 12 months of purchase.

6.3 Unused treatments after 12 months will be forfeited unless extended at the discretion of Clerimis Limited.

6.4 If treatment becomes medically unsuitable, an alternative treatment or credit may be offered.

7. Refunds

7.1 Refunds are not provided for completed treatments or opened products.

7.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7.3 Where services are not provided with reasonable care and skill, appropriate remedies will be offered in accordance with the law.

8. Treatment Outcomes

8.1 All aesthetic treatments are elective.

8.2 Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

8.3 Photographs and examples shown are illustrative only.

9. Client Responsibilities

9.1 You must provide accurate and complete medical information.

9.2 You must follow all aftercare instructions.

9.3 Clerimis Limited is not liable for complications arising from failure to disclose relevant information or failure to follow aftercare advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Clerimis Limited shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for fraud.

11. Complaints

11.1 Complaints should be raised as soon as possible.

11.2 Complaints of a clinical nature will be reviewed by the treating practitioner and, where appropriate, the clinic’s medical lead.

11.3 We aim to provide a written response within 20 working days.

12. Children & Young Persons

12.1 Clerimis Limited does not provide aesthetic treatments to persons under 18 years of age.

12.2 Children under 16 must not be left unattended in the clinic.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

13.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

15. Changes to These Terms

Clerimis Limited may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.
